BOOKS... I love reading and have read a lot of GENRES in my lifetime. Being a book reviewer for Net Gallery and many various authors, I have contributed many reviews to Goodreads, Amazon, LibraryThing, and my blog page here. I get to read all the books I love and then share by reviewing the read. These are my true feeling of what I feel of each novel I read. Review:
"Lucien" by Elijana Kindel was a enjoyable contemporary romantic read. I found this read a quick cute engaging story of the boss who get his assistant.
With the hero having a grandfather that said you must marry by the age of thirty or the sister will loss the family inheritance. Lucien knew he had do to do something fast. He only had ten days until his birthday.
Why would Elise want to enter into this type of marriage? What was going on with her mother's problem with the tax police? Would this work for her? This is where I say you must pick up "Lucien" to see how this author will bring this out to the reader. Will fate intervene and induce Elise to accept Luc's last minute proposal? Be ready for a smooth read with both the hero and heroine. The characters were very well developed and captivating keeping you turning the pages until the end. In the end you will be given a funny hot romantic read.
Would I recommend? YES!
