Review:

"Taming a Wild Scot" by Rowan Keats was a good medieval historical romance read. This was a well written fast paced read with lots of action that were  "fought without rules, treachery and intrigue hold court, and, in one woman’s heart, and  danger stirs as relentlessly as passion."  We find at the beginning of the read that Ana Bisset has been accused of murder and left in a 'Highland' dungeon to die, however she will be rescued by a 'hooded stranger.' After escaping that horrible place we find that Ana has now settled in a village as a healer where no one knows her. However, guess who happens o show up again?  The 'hood stranger' who will turn out to be Ana's 'mysterious savior' (Niall MacCurran) who now needs Ana to help him. Who was Niall? He was just a 'warrior on a dangerous mission to expose a threat to the realm.'
Will Ana be willing to help him 'advance his quest?' What was Niall after and why? Will Ana's 'special gift' be enough to 'protect their love or even their lives?'  This is were the novel gets very interesting.  The author will take the reader on a few twist and turns as Ana and Niall are put into a very intriguing plot. To get all of the answers to  what is going on you must pick up the good read and see the where, why, how and what of it all in this good read. All of the characters were very well developed and so very well portrayed only helping to give the reader a good read. Be ready for many disagreements, fighting and even killings.  However, if you are into a good medieval historical romance then you have come to the right place for "Taming a  Wild Scot" will give you a intriguing read.
