Review:
"Trusting the Law" by Kendell Evans was a good short novel. The time was 1922 in Chicago where the prohibition was in tact....being that it was against the law for operate a bar that was offering liquor. However, for Grace felt that this was her only way... in order to pay the daily bills and the medical bill for a uncle that had raise her. Just how far would you go to help those you love?
When Grace runs into Paul who was a Chicago policeman (Paul) and that is when this story picks up. How will this turn out? Now, this is the time that I say you must pick up "Trusting the Law" to
find out. You will find it a very sweet read!
If you are in for a short emotional romance... I would recommend "Trusting the Law" as a good read for you.
BOOKS... I love reading and have read a lot of GENRES in my lifetime. Being a book reviewer for Net Gallery and many various authors, I have contributed many reviews to Goodreads, Amazon, LibraryThing, and my blog page here. I get to read all the books I love and then share by reviewing the read. These are my true feeling of what I feel of each novel I read.
