"Always, 'Twas You" by Jennifer Moore

My Thoughts....

“Always, 'Twas You” is a romantic suspense novel that is sure to please romance readers.
This book pulls you in with adventure and mystery. You get a kidnapping, murder and more. Our hero (Connor) and heroine (Kaitlyn) are an interesting pair. They have known each other since childhood and have been more than friends. It’s been eight years since they have seen each other after Kaitlyn left Ireland for the USA. They loved each other. After eight years, do they still feel the same?
Author Jennifer Moore pulls us into this tale as these two are drawn back together due to the mysterious death of a loved one. I loved how the author tied this all to a mysterious pendent that Connor had given Kaitlyn many years ago. What a wonderful gift… that might lead to trouble for her.
When Connor tries to explain why he needs the pendent back he’s met with resistance as Kaitlyn won’t listen to him. There are misunderstandings and Connor is a government agent.
I truly enjoyed this story filed with mystery. Add this Irish adventure to your must-read list. Believe me, this is an adventure story with very complex characters and a believable end.

"Rocky Mountain Valor" by Jennifer D. Bokal

My Thoughts ....

The story will keep you turning the pages to see what is coming next for Petra Sloane as she is in the need of help from the situation that she has been drawn into.  When Petra feels she doesn't have anyone else to turn to she turn to Ian Wallace who was the man she once loved and still did.  It sees that she left Ian due to the fact that he was all in to finding the Russian who had 'evaded him for years' where all he did was work.  Now she was back in his life she wanted his help since she had been framed for a crime she hadn't committed.  This story will have many twist and turns as this author takes the reader from a exciting story where Ian will investigate and to his surprise it looks like Petra's problems will bring him even closer to this Russian guy he has been after for many many years.  Will these two be able to talk and get to the root of their problem of why Petra had left him in the first place?  Will Ian be the one to walk away this time?

Now that she was back with Ian and needing his help will she be able to except him help.  I will say Petra did get on my nerves in that I didn't see her listening to Ian when he asked her to do certain things.  Oh well, by the time we get to the end I am on the edge of my seat wondering what was coming next with all the suspense that was all over the place due to what all was going on. Will these two finally get their HEA  after all is said and done?   To get it all  of this good read you will have to pick up "Rocky Mountain Valor" to see how the author will bring it all home to the reader.  I will say it will be in very interesting ending!

"Gun Kiss" by Khaled Talib

My Thoughts....

If you like a good fast packed thriller read along with some twist and turns, non stop action, some romance, friendship suspense, adventure, drama, descriptive scenery, with a  interesting plot line and even some humor  then you have come to the right place.  'Gun Kiss' involves Blake Deco [ex-military] who not only 'sneaks into Russia to steal back a gun that killed Abraham Lincoln' that John Wilkes Booth had used and hold on as we find him with another job  and that is him getting ready to face a horrible drug lord in Mexico in a 'face off' due to his involvement with Goldie the beautiful Hollywood Star. With this gun get returned to its rightful owner and what about Miss Goldie... will Blake be able to keep her safe? To find out what all this is about you will just have to pick up "Gun Kiss" to see how well this author put this story together as all questions will be answered.

In this well written story there will be certain issues that will bring into play 'sexual harassment, gender inequality and racism.'  Definitely Blake and Goldie story is quite a interesting espionage story. I also enjoyed several of the secondary characters being so well developed and Jack was indeed one that I did like in this story.   In the end the reader will get a good read as the story comes together so uniquely.
