"The Marshal's Lady" by Josie Malone

My Opinion:

'The Marshal's Lady' was a good story of a western romance time travel that will keep the reader turning the pages. What all will Detective Bethany [Beth] Chambers have to endure as she tries to capture a killer. With Beth being thrust into 1888 Washington Territory, she finds an injured Rad Morgan who happened to be a sheriff. So now we have this detective who was trying to bring down this murderer and rapist. Will Beth be able to save the sheriff and apprehend this killer? And as the story continues, What will happen when this sheriff proclaims that Beth Chambers will be his wife as he finally realizes that she is from the future? What will happen when these two law officers learn they are chasing the same person but in another time era?

The story will thrive with so much going on in the time travel western read that the reader will have to keep up with all of its twists and turns. Be ready for many well-developed secondary characters and all over the place as we are delivered this good timeline story. Another exciting part of the story: The Guardian and Chronos was about protecting and healing and seemed to be important in the read; however, it would have been better if there had been more explanation concerning these people.

If you like time travel stories with romance, then this read would be for you.

Thank you to NetGallery and Satin Romance for reading your book and providing my honest opinion of the book.

Losing Time (Knights in Time Book 5) by Chris Karlsen

Profile:

"Can love survive the wrong time and place? Felicia Wycliff's peaceful stroll through the woods turned to disaster when her dachshund bolted after a rabbit. One minute Felicia was running after the determined little dog, the next she was hurled to the ground. Gathering her wits after her tumble, she brushed herself off and continued her pursuit—-right into three mounted knights who blocked her path. They were so authentic looking. They might've stepped from the keep of the nearby castle, Elysian Fields. But the old Norman fortress was a ruin and had been for three hundred years. "Seize her," the middle knight ordered, the knight who sat tallest in the saddle. "Let me go." She fought, striking out when the two knights grabbed her. "Who the deuce are you?" "I'm the Captain of the Baron's Guard, and you are trespassing." Kidnapped, her confusion and fear consumed her. But when they rode through the gates of Elysian Fields, the castle looking as formidable as the date it was built, her terror exploded. When she fell she knew exactly where she was. But where the devil had she landed?"

My Thoughts....

This was quite a interesting series...Knight in Time Book 5 'Losing Time' as we find Dr. Felicia Wycliff who had been walking her dog, Chloe ends up in a fairy tale having being captured by a Sir Harry Quarels and his guards and taken to the castle. At this time no one knew that Felicia had fallen through time while she had been searching for her dog. Now Felicia finds herself in 'Wlysian Fields, 1359...in medieval castles crisis.

However, trying to explain this to her captors was really taking a toll on her while unknown to her plans were being made for Felicia travel back to her time zone in 2018. This story ended up being quiet one entertaining, romantic and a time travel read that presented some historical background that added some enlightenment to the story. I liked how this author was able to brings Sir Harry and Felicia together giving the reader a interesting read that turns out to be 'lovable and humorous banter' at times. As the story continues by the end will Felicia go back with Harry in 1359 or will Harry stay with her in 2018 as she carries on her career as a Doctor. Will these two be able to stay together being from two different time zones? Well, as they back and forth in time will Felicia and Harry discover the right place it is to be with the one you love? To find all the answers to these questions you will have to pick up 'Losing Time" to see how this story will all come out.

If you are into a time travel romance read then I would recommend 'Losing Time' for you as a good read.

"Thirty-Three Days"  By:  Stephen B. King

My Thoughts....

What a beautiful time travel novel that was  fascinating to read.  I like how this author was able to give the reader such a interesting read that you will fall in love with the characters...Jenny, Iain and Brad so very easily.  The whole idea to the story was Jenny being granted 33 days back when she was 33 years younger and from this having to risk all to save the world. I will say this was a well written story when this heroine will have 'have the survival of the planet on her shoulders' and it seems that she will also have found love for the first time in her life.  I enjoyed how this author was able to convey the loves that Jenny and Ian had for each other while also 'exploring the conceivable concept of a plant disease that would destroy the world's food source.'  And the time travel will just put the icing on the cake!

I also enjoyed how the game of soccer as it was presented in this Australian story as you will seem to become part of the story.  By the time you get to that ending well all that is left to say is that it was definitely over the top... well done story!   Would I recommend this romance, science and time travel read... of "Thirty-Three Days?"  YES!
