"Florentine's Hero" by Debra Kayn was a good read that had you laughing, tearing, and even cheering this heroine(Florentine McDougal) in this novel.  This novel was a fourth in a series called the 'Sisters of McDougal Ranch.'   It was hard for me to even amagine but Florentine was trying out for the top spot in the world of Bull Riding....Yes Bull Riding which until now...I even thought this was just for the male gender.  Florentine was trying to make her mark in this sport of a male dominant scene and the new owner...one of Florentine's main sponsors and the only business that would even sponsor her....Cole Readon was not for her doing this this at all.  WHY was that?  Cole had other plans that would allow him out of this contract that they had signed, however, Florentine would have none of this and that is when this novel takes off...and this is where  I say you must pick up this good read to see where this author is going to take us...the reader.  Would Florentine let Cole out of this contract?   The characters were simply off the chart good  from Florentine, Cole, Sara, the McDougal sisters...to many others that were presented with  joys, sorrows, dreams and love and even some hot sex!  I found this novel had a fast paced that simply left it hard to put down with a unforgettable thought that women can do anything even be bull riders!
 
If you are looking for a read with sexy cowboys, rodeos, romance you have come to the right place and I would recommend this novel..."Florentine's Hero" to you as a good  read.

"Schemin'" by Jade Jones was some good read.  This read was truly of 'Drama, Action, Betrayal,' murder, loyalty, lies  and suspense  that kept me on the edge of my seat as I set continually reading not stopping till the end.  "Schemin" was one of those novels that you definitely learned from...never to trust no one leaving you speechless at the very end and saying 'What the hell just happened!'  This title "Schemin'" definitely describes this read about these three friends...Hasaan, Dre and Nikki.  With all of the scheming that was going on in this read ...being somewhat crazy and complicated ....again that will only keep you interested to see just what was going to happen next.   I liked the way this author developed each character and even their  names were well portrayed.. from Hasaan, Dre, Nikki, Adorable, Careem  and Maceo. Now, what is up with a 'Home Robbery?' Now this is where  I say you must pick up "Schemin'" to see just what this author has in store for the reader(s).  Just who all will survive on this ride?  Again, pick up the good read to find out! As I was reading "Schemin'"  I was left thinking just what a imagination this author has..Wow! 

I found "Schemin'" was fast paced, a  page turner that deals  with a lots of issues  that will kept your interest till the end..and yes,  I would recommend "Schemin'"  to you as a good read.

"Unraveling the Past" by Beth Andrews was a wonderful romance novel. This
novel is the first in a series of three...featuring 'The Sullivan's.'  This novel was
of Layne Sullivan's dysfunctional that had mysterious secrets...was this family  story.  Layne was the  oldest of three sisters...who  had cared for her sisters since her mother had left (eighteen years ago)... she was loyal and very
independent.   Layne had believed she would be the next 'Chief of Police'
but that had been taken from her when the job is was given to the out of town- er...Chief Ross Taylor who had moved into town with his niece.  Now, this is where this read really starts to get interesting...and the part that I say you must pick up this wonderful read to see where this author will take you.  It will be a wonderful read.  Be ready for lots of excitement  with twist and turns..dead bones are found....Layne and her sister argument  at the station, Ross seeing a charm  on the sister's key chain...did Layne have one of these too? why is Layne not telling the Chief Ross the vial information...what is Layne not telling?  What  will come about from the DNA test that Layne had taken...Well, to get all these answers ... answered.... plus many others that you will only get from this read.  I found all the characters very interesting group of people in that they were easy to relate to in this strong and believable story. Be prepared for a lot of drama that will take you through this interesting read and will only leave you wanting to know what is going to happen in the next novel series.

If you are interested in a wonderful romance...with lots of drama... you have come to the right place because "Unraveling the Past" would be a good read that I would recommend to you.

"Sanctum Warriors: Shadow Havens Book 2" by Edenmary Black was some
supernatural read from this authors' series 'Shadow Havens'  that I truly  enjoyed.  I thought I would have trouble keeping up with it...but I didn't.  You will really have many twist and turns but when you have finished with this novel you will note it was a good read from start to finish.  We find Arabella D'Court who is a human in this supernatural world...a "Basium Cruenta for the Sanctum Haven and she's also in love with a vampire named Mich Odera."  So, we are left to wonder will  Odera show love to Arabella in return...but...moving on we find Idlea Galaurus who is running this Demesne...but is she? Why has she had  mate Sebastien chained up?  You will find this read action packed that switches quite a bit...some heavy graphic sex scenes...so beware this is a Adult Read.   The characters are simple off the chart well developed with such emotions especially in the concerns showed to each other... in this  paranormal read and this is where I say you must pick up this excellent read to find out what  Sebastien is up to, what will happen for this Demesne, what will happen between Arabella and Odera and much more on this will be revealed from this
read "Sanctum Warriors: Shadow Havens Book 2."  I believe you will really enjoy this.  If you have read the first book...you will continue to really find this novel a intriguing one with this wonderful paranormal awakening. 

If you are looking for a Adult read with a great storyline that seems like it will never end...you have come to the right place and I would recommend "Sanctum Warriors: Shadow Havens Book 2" for you.  Again please note  this is a Adult Read.

"Escape to Big Fork Lake" by Mary Ball was very  unique and believable read...dealings with human problems from a christian perspective.  This author
story was very well layed out by the work of a good dialog that was able to give us a 'Christian romance' ...with plenty of adventure that will only keep the reader interested in the read.  I found all of the characters all well caught up in dealing with the social as well as economic pressures of our present society. 
"Escape to Big Fork Lake" gives the reader a very easy read that flowed well presenting the reader with a well told story. You will have to read this novel to find out what happens to Sam as she travels and locates in Big Fork Lake.

The novel will start in Atlanta,Georgia with Samantha Blacker(Sam) as she referred to be called...now unemployed after loosing her job at the bookstore, about to lose her apartment...and being stalked by a ex boyfriend. Sam wanting out of this situation and was able to realize that a  change was needed in her life..and that's when God steps in and  with the help from her friend Bo...there will be a decision for Sam to make...Now, this is where I say you must pick up the wonderful christian read to find out just what is in store  for Sam.  Even though Sam doesn't really know God yet... will there be something special for her?  Will she accept Christ in her life?

If you are looking for a good clean christian romance... you have come to the right place...for "Escape to Big Fork Lake" and yes I would definitely recommend this excellent read to you.

"Seduction of a Highland Lass" by Maya Banks was just another one of her excellent emotional, hot, sexy romantic  reads that only she can produce for us.
This was another Scottish historical novels...the second in the McCabe Trilogy where Alaric has been attacked and gets in the hands of an 'Angel or his devil' by the name of Keeley.  Keeley was a 'healer' and tends Alaric wounds.  Later, Alaric brothers comes and not only take Alaric to their home but also takes Keeley...against her will, however since she had been tossed out of her clan...and had some feeling for this man who was unconsciousness...she goes with the McCabe brothers and this wonderful read takes off to give us only a excellent amazing read that only this author can give to us.

The characters were all well defined with such personalities that only  will kept the reader reading to only get more. Though Keeley had saved Alaric  in the beginning...will Alaric be able to save her in the end?  Will Alaric accept his responsibilities? Now, this is where I say in order to find out the answer to those
questions you must pick up this second series.."Seduction of a Highland Lass" to find out what is in store for both of these two people. Be ready to laugh and even tear up some on the ride in this wonderful read.

I found "Seduction of a Highland Lass" a read that I  could not put down until the end.  If you are in for a excellent 'Scottish' romance you have come to the right place and I would definitely recommend this novel to you.

Never Love a Highlander

"Never Love a Highlander" by Maya Banks was as always  a wonderful read.  This novel was a conclusion to a wonderful trilogy that only this author..Maya Banks can deliver.  The novel was of a 'Scottish' historical romance of the McCabe trilogy. What would become of Caelen and Rionna as he takes over the McDonald Clan...where there had been a marriage out of the sense of duty...returns to take over the McDonald clan.  Ms. Banks offers us a relationship between Caelen and Rionna only causing this to be a very hot, steamy and  sexual read...all the characters were so very strong and well developed that would only keep the reader on the edge of their seat.  You will find from the read that this hero and heroine both "had been wounded deeply by their pass and nothing could heal it but only each other." Now, for you to found out  how this will play out you must pick up "Never Love a Highlander" to find out just what  Ms. Banks has in store for the reader.  I felt this novel flowed very well...especially with it being the last of this series...being very interesting and even suspenseful. Be ready for a novel  presenting..."romance, betrayal, a bit of mystery" and a  over all excellent read.


If you are looking for a 'McCabe Series'  that only Ms. Banks can give us... you have come to the right place and yes I would recommend "Never Love a Highlander" as a excellent read.
