"Acceptance" by Niki Jilvontae

My Rationalization:

It is always so very interesting to see what this author will bring to her readers because it is always something intriguing that will cause you to ponder over long after the read as it was in "Acceptance." All I can say is I am so glad these children had someone there for them and that was truly a young lady named DREAM. I felt so sorry with all Dream and her friend Moonie had to go through with their mothers! WOW! I will say 'Acceptance' had me in tears for all that these children had to go through with those mothers!

This is definitely one of those stories that once you start reading you will not be able to put it down until the very end and finally seeing will Dream finally get the "Acceptance" she has always wanted and needed in her life? To find out the answer to that question you will have to pick up the well-written story that this author presents so well to the reader.

I found "Love Walked In" quite a good read that will keep you turning the pages to see what will be coming next.   To get all of these above questions answered about each of these stories you will have to pick up the good read to see how well these authors deliver their stories so well to the reader. Oh, I didn't have a favored one because I enjoyed them all.  Be ready for a little bit of mystery, hope and oh yes, love.

I will say I couldn't come up with my favorite novella because they all were wonderful reads from many different subject matters from What all Kaymar had to offer as an ICU nurse, A teacher who had a past, Dealing with grief will Sierra be ever to let go and love again? From a failed marriage to finally finding love but what happens after terminal illness comes into play,  What happens when one is running late for work and stops in a new place for coffee? After death will Candace one be able to move on?  What will finally change Tom Watson?  Will Spring be able to move on after a tumultuous past relationship? And lastly after a divorce and Donna is stood up will she enjoy her replacement date?  

Now, I hope I have said enough to get you interested in reading these nine short stories that these authors have written so well for the reader.  Truly "Love Know My Name'" is truly what each of what these stories were about.  And yes I would recommend this read.

"Bittersweet Motives" (Serena Manchester Book 2)  by Tyora Moody

My Rationalization:  

I found 'Bittersweet Motives" a good Mystery, Thriller and Suspenseful read that will definitely keep your attention.  I enjoyed how well this author brings out this case that Serena who was a PI investigator for her brother-in-law's company.  And when she started working on one particular case it will lead her to another case that will present her with a lot of drama that could make life very hard for her especially from her past history. Also at this time, it seems like there was someone there that wanted to be with Serena but for some reason, she didn't want to commit herself due to her past.    

How will all of this come out for Serena as she seeks the truth for her client while trying to figure out what she wants for her life?  There will be a lot of guessing in this novel because when it seems like you have it solved something else will come up and change the whole picture.

"Delayed But Not Denied" by Teresa B. Howell

My Rationalization:  

I will say this was quite a page-turner that will definitely keep your attention.  I am not sure just who I felt sorrier for...Selina or that Joseph.  Definitely, there was a help that was needed for both of these individuals and not to mention that other one. This author really brings out a situation that happens a lot in our churches where there is 'adultery, infidelity, obsession, and violence' and when the secrets start coming out there is hurt in all the lives of those involved.  There is definitely a lesson to be learned from "Delayed But Not Denied" and that is 'you reap what you sow.'
