"When Love Calls" by Sharon C. Cooper

My Rationalization:

What a beautiful story 'When Love Calls' was that featured Mona Gregory and Dexter Jenkins. I enjoyed reading this well-written novel about this mature couple [50s-60s] coming together where each one had some issues. Be ready for a good read that wasn't only 'heartwarming, romantic, with lots of drama' but also touched on the topic of alcoholism. I loved how this author handled this subject of alcohol. It was great seeing Mona finally getting her groove back and Dexter working out his situation. Finally seeing how Mona and Dexter were able to finally get past their past and move forward toward a beautiful life was simply one good read which included many of the Jenkins Family members from previous reads.

"Seducing the Boss" by Sharon C. Cooper

My Rationalization:

"Meet the women of the Jenkins family - Feisty, smart, and free-spirited women who together run the family's construction company. Journey with them as they find love when they least expect." In this series, we are dealing with another Jenkins cousin Peyton.

I liked the pairing of these two Peyton and Michael whom both had a past that left each one 'vulnerable and unsure.' This was a good love story with some unexpected twist and turns that will keep your interest in turning the pages to see what was coming next for these two, Peyton and Michael. It was great seeing Peyton finally getting something she wanted out of her life and seeing Michael get the counseling he needs in order to heal and move forward. I will say the chemistry between these two were over the top!

I loved how this author was able to give up a wonderful read dealing with domestic abuse. I would have liked knowing what happened to Peyton ex, Dylan. [Just wondering?]

"Negotiating for Love" by Sharon C. Cooper

My Rationalization:

"Meet the women of the Jenkins family - Feisty, smart, and free-spirited women who together run the family's construction company. Journey with them as they find love when they least expect." In this series, we are dealing with another Jenkins cousin Martina [MJ].

What a beautiful story that had so much love and humor that will definitely keep you turning the pages to see what was coming next for Martina [MJ] and Paul. I simply loved Paul because how he was able to put up with MJ's mess ... he definitely knew what he wanted with all of his patience and his persistence. All I can say is that he simply had to love her! I enjoyed how MJ's grandmother helped her better understand what MJ's mother had gone through. It was so great seeing MJ finally deciding to give love a try! What a great story that was 'exciting, passionate and so very heartwarming.

Now moving on to the last series: Seducing the Boss Lady (Jenkins Family Series Book 5) where I am sure everything will be tied together so very well.

I enjoyed 'Tempting the Artist.' The author really presents such smooth wonderful chemistry between these two, Christina [CJ] artist and Luke [Lucas] attorney. Will they be able to truly trust one another? Besides the steamy love scenes, there were secrets and add in the family drama with some of the Jenkins cousins and you have quite an interesting fun read where you will continue to fall in love with this family. Now, on to the next series: Negotiating for Love (Jenkins Family Series Book 4)

"This was another good Jenkins Family series book 2 about the five granddaughters of the Jenkins family who run their family's construction company. Cousin Jada Jenkins (JJ) is the metal sheet worker who hates to get dirty, loves expensive thing and plans to marry wealthy."

I enjoyed the story of Jade and Zack. It was quite interesting seeing spoil Jade turn into a decent person and learning that life was not about just her. And to see how Zack was able to teach JJ about what real love was all about and the keyword being of trust in finding their happiness. I loved how strong the Jenkins family values ran so high in the story. Now, I will be starting the next series...'Tempting the Artist' book 3.

"Still the Best Woman for the Job" by Sharon C. Cooper

My Rationalization:

"Meet the women of the Jenkins family - Feisty, smart, and free-spirited women who together run the family's construction company. Journey with them as they find love when they least expect as we are dealing with cousin Toni [TJ] Jenkins.

I loved this story about Craig and Toni who went through a lot in this story such as 'heartbreak, drama, sex, suspense and a lot of intrigues' that will give you one heck of a good story. We find that once these two were very happy together but what will change for them that will bring it to an end? What had happened to Toni that she will be left feeling that Craig will not be able to forgive her for what she had done? How will this all come out in the end? I will say that I loved this group of characters in this story, so family united. I was glad to have Grampa Jenkins around to keep everything leveled out in what it meant to be in the Jenkins Family. To get all of the answers you will have to pick up "Still the Best Woman for the Job" to see how this story will come out for these two.

I can't wait to read book 2 of the next Jenkins Family Series.

This is a short story prequel to - Still the Best Woman for the Job

My Thoughts...

This was just a prequel to this series of the Jenkins Family Series...'Still the Best Woman for the Job' which featured Craig and Toni [T.J.].  I loved how the author puts these two together giving us a 'feisty heroine and a protective hero' that was done so very quickly in this romance.  Now, we will have to read the next series "Still The Best Woman For The Job" to see what will come next as the story unfolds for Craig and T.J.   Now, just know there is more to come from this story!
