My Opinion:

"Landing the Runaway" was a good read featuring Jaiden and Gatlin. Jaiden is being forced into an arranged marriage, and she runs away from her manipulative grandmother. We find Jaiden running into Sirs's [Gatlin] arms where he can finally give Jai what she has been asking for...and what was that...' domination, submission, disciple, spankings along with some heavy sexual scenes.' Will Gatlin be able to fulfill her need? To find out all of the answers to these questions, you will have to pick up 'Landing The Runaway' to see how it comes out for Jaiden and Gatlin.

However, the manipulative grandmother Evangeline has someone still looking for Jaiden. Will she be found? In the end, there will be a need for more of the story as the reader will be given a cliffhanger, so we will have to wait to get the rest of the story of what happens to Jaiden and Gatlin.

"Blush" by Jamie Brenner

My Opinion:

'Blush' was a solid storyline read, especially if you like 'feminism, books, and wine.' The story was an excellent read of three generations of Hollander women from this Long Island vineyard drama. And let's not leave out interesting books[Lace, Chances, and Scruples] that they read together and later on to others that Leah had headed. How will this help Sadie with the thesis she was working on? What will happen when the Hollander's put their winery up for sale? Vivian, Leah, Sadie, and even Bridget, who got together to read a certain Scruples together...their little book club. How will this book club put a change on everything? How will this impact what allis going on with the sale of the winery? What will happen when a certain baron comes to purchase their property. What is the secret that Vivian held for her husband for thirty-five years? To get all these questions answered and so much more, you will have to pick up 'Blush' to see how it all comes out at the Hollander Estates. Be ready for an excellent read that will involve family, drama, Intrigue, and romance.

 Resilience In Hard Times' was one exciting read and these are some of the highlights that I pulled from the read.  To get it all, you must pick up this excellent read and grab the whole to a story that will give you some of what has gone on in people's personal lives that are put out there to help us...one and all.

My Opinion:

"Darkness Drops Again" was an excellent legal thriller that not only reflexed on the story of Maeve, who was a lawyer and had been put on a pro-bono case that found her defending a mother who was accused of killing her drug-addicted daughter. But also, the story brought in Maeve's personal life as she grew up while living with her parents with demons of her own. And what was going on with Maeve's marriage? The story will be wound up around issues... of 'addiction, murder, legal system, infidelity, and friendship.' Be prepared for twists and turns, courtroom scenes that will keep you turning to pages to see what is coming next. This author really does an excellent job of bringing the reader a good storyline in this action-packed thriller where one will keep on guessing to the end!

"Modern Cannibals: A Story Without A Narrator" by Antonio Scotto di Carlo

My Opinion:

'Modern Cannibals' was quite an intriguing thriller with a bit of romance added into the story. The story moves from Miki, an actor... who worked in a cafe...friends come into the picture along with a loved one being Gabri. The story will go back and forth as we get a story one a beautiful couple who are in love and some friends are somewhat jealous of that particular fact. What will happen when Miki meets Don Cristo? Then we get a murder thrown into this mist and also an ending that what was said left me in awe of it all. Understanding Gabri's thought pattern for that statement could leave one wondering what the heck is that all about...and with Miki's reply? Be ready for a relatively long read, so there will be a lot to take in. A favorite part of the story was the court proceedings and how the lawyers interacted to get what they needed to help Miki. All in all, this was a good read that, once the reader gets into the story, will find it will be hard to put down until the very end.

"Ruthless" by Celeste Granger

My Opinion:

'Ruthless' was another excellent series by this author featuring Chloe Russell-Knowles and Colton St. Clair. Other St. Clair brothers were in the read that helped pulled the story together. However, another powerful family [DiCarlo's] was in the midst of it all due to a death, and I don't want to leave out what had happened with Gabrielle, who was Gideon's girl. As the story continues, we find Noel going home to visit and what happens with that visit, and I don't want to leave out what was the surprise when she got back home with Nick. And at the end, we get a little more of this character Kirsten. Now all that is left to say is you will have to pickup up "Ruthless" to grasp how this author gives us quite a story that has a lot happening to the end. The reader will be left wanting to know more from the following story, 'Savage Mafia Men of St. Clair Book 4.'

"Chosen by a Chicago Savage 2" by Jade Jones

My Opinion:

The story will continue from 'Chosen by a Chicago Savage,' and I would suggest you read it become tackling 'Chosen by a Chicago Savage 2.' What is left to say about 'Duke, Harlem, and those twins...Infinity and Forever' and a few more characters are leaving the reader saying, wow! And yes, there will be 'more drama and action than ever' as you keep turning the pages to see what is coming next. It seems like no one is to be trusted... What will happen when Harlem finds out about Duke's child...and poor Foul...Breanna, and who makes Infinity wish for when she wakes up? Be ready for this dramatic story to be continued as it looks like Avery is back in the picture, leaving me to wonder is everybody crazy in this story as secrets are surfacing?

My Opinion:

'I Fell in Love with a Savage' was instead a sad read in what all had gone on in Angel Hardaway's life. It looked like she had a good best friend with Maurice; however, it seems like they didn't know how each other felt about one another. Angle did get on my last nerve several times in the story because it seemed like she didn't know what was essential to her life being and getting together with Jay; well, all I can say was a big mistake. And I was not too fond of it when Angle's friend was introduced to... Thank God T was there to save them in the end.

My Opinion:

Wow! What a read that was right on the mark with the title: 'Stray Bullets.' The story was rather sad in what poor Alicia had to endure due to her husband Rico and his friend Damien. The following story is about how a young boy named Jacoby [an eight-year-old] was there to protect his sister, Erin [a five-year-old]. Where was their mother Marshay while all of this mess was going on? 'Stray Bullets' is one you will have to pick up and see how this author brings it all out to the reader, being quite a tragic story.

My Opinion:

'1963' was a page-turner where we find red rum controlling what was going on in that house that Malikahi had built for his family [the six Lewis kids and the misfits]. Then, finally, the reader gets to see how everything finally comes together where the characters will share in from all of the other series. Will they be able to find peace and maybe a new beginning from what they learn of this place?
Be ready for twists and turns and action that will be going on in this series. To fully understand this series: The Misfits Series Book 10, I suggest you read the whole series 1-10 to get the full story. The author's ending was one fantastic one bringing it all to a good end.

My Opinion:

'Wounded Heart' featured Jackson Reed [Jax], who had once been a reporter but now 'a New York Times bestselling author. We find Jax was working on his latest book ...Jeffrey Maddock. What happens when Jax gets connected with Ebony Hampton [an FBI agent], who was an old flame that he had been engaged to some fifteen years ago. The story will be interesting as these two start to work together as they investigate this serial killer Jeffrey Maddock. What will happen when this killer has something important that he will leave the prison to share with Jax and Ebony about a friend of his named Rosalind Sullivan? I liked how this author brings the story altogether about Jax's family on his mother's side. Will Jax and Ebony finally get back together after 15 years apart? To get the above questions answered and much more, you will have to pick up 'Wounded Heart' to see how the story will all come out to the reader.

My Opinion:

"UnequallyYoked: Reaping the Harvest" was a good read about forgiveness as it was for Christine.  I found the story very enduring of what all a person can go through but in the end...it is what it is. The story was a very relisted one of what one did overcome sin and then transferred into a saintly life where our God wants us to be through the healing process.  The title says it all...'Unequally Yoked:  Reaping the Harvest' as the read shows what can happen after all is said and done through forgiveness.

"Cry To Me" by J. A. Schneider

My Opinion:

What will happen when this CEO, Wyatt Bell, has a 'party to celebrate the purchase and restoration of his wife Laddy's 1920 mansion?' Shots are fired, he is dead, and his wife Liddy is wounded. But the question is, why is his wife being accused of this murder-suicide crime? Liddy's sister comes into play and insists that this all is a setup. What happens when this sister of Liddy, Karen, a true-crime writer, works with the brother of Wyatt, David, to help with the investigation. It was a read that also will involve Liddy's and Kim's early life with their parents.

This story was quite some read with a hurricane coming, 'the police put their investigation will be put on hold, and what will happen when we find five of these people are under one roof?' It will be surprising in all that comes out of this story. Poor Kim and Liddy will also find as part of the story will involve them in what had happened many years ago to their father. From this point, I will say you will have to pick up this suspenseful thriller with a bit of romance read, "Cry To Me," to see how well this author brings the psycho all out in the end. This story will be a story that you will not want to put this story down until the very end. Oh, by the way, I guessed who the psycho was!
