"Lady Guardians:  Back Off" by Toye Lawson Brown

My Thoughts......

I liked this story that featured Jonah Richards and Carrie King.  Having your brother's  best friend Jonah their to watch over you wasn't a bad thing for Carrie.  But was there something else between these two?  With Carrie being the president over The Lady Guardians there in Cleveland will she need some help from Jonah as it seemed a rival motorcycle clue called Hell's Dolls was really trying to 'steal their thunder.'  We find Jonah was president of the B2R McCarthy who was their to help Carrie in any way that was needed...her club and even a relationship.  I liked how he was their as he supported her without really trying to take over as Carrie needed to toughen up and stand up for herself.  In the end one could see how Carrie will learn to step out of her comfort zone and truly be happier and freer!  I also like the relationship Jonah had with Carrie and Cliff's mom.  That was simply beautiful!
