My Speculation:
The second time around was some wounds, and scars seem to go away as it was for Luca and Olisa as he comes back due to his father's failing health issues. However, now things were different due to the fact Ashton had a son Cam who was four years old. Will these two be able to find their way back to each other? Will Luca get his father's approval now he was back from the military and trying to change his ways realizing he had made a mistake by leaving in the first place? There will be many twists as Olisa becomes a caretaker to Luca's dad Peter and it seems like he [Peter] cares for Olisa's son Cam.
It was good to see that the five years they had been apart having not changed in the way they loved each other, and seeing the relationship rekindled was beautiful. I didn't understand bringing in Cam birth father, but I was glad to see he didn't want anything other than seeing his son. Yeah!
