My Speculation:
It was a beautiful novelette seeing that Isla finally realized she had to work on herself to be that 'better person' and seeing her mature through this situation beautifully captured from the reading. With Tennyson, it was also good to know that he also worked on himself before he could move forward with his life after what had happened between them. Seeing these two getting a second chance at love, forgiveness, and the needed therapy that was required showed them that their love really was just that and was meant to be.
I enjoyed this quick read showing that if it's meant to be, it will be "Love on Greener Pastures."
