Book Excerpt:
"*This book focuses on a new couple and can be read as a standalone.
Devin Walker, the drummer for The Prototype, has one priority: turning his alt-soul band into the superstar act, it's destined to become. Singularly focused on his music, his creative passion is all-consuming—that is, until he crosses paths with his best friend’s college roommate, Willow Harden.
Willow was drawn to Devin from the moment she first saw him. And when Devin does, finally look Willow's way, she's easily seduced from her protective bubble into the lure of his fast-paced ambitions, though at times, she wonders if she can handle it.
Unable to resist their potent chemistry, Devin and Willow free fall into a relationship that makes them question each other and doubt themselves. Devin knows he should probably leave her alone; Willow knows life for her might not be any good without him. Can they possibly make their love work? And if so, at what cost?"

"Keeping Willow" by Jacinta Howard
My Rationalization:
"Keeping Willow" was a beautiful read of Devin and Willow who will take on the 'dynamics of what
can happen when one falls into a deep well-consuming kind of love as they are trying to figure out
each other.' It was quite some read seeing this roller coaster of dramatic emotions that were presented in their up and down a relationship that was not predictable. At times with Willow being so soiled, she got on my nerves at times that showed that she needed to grow up. I loved how this story brought in the growth and maturity that did finally come into a beautiful relationship. I loved how they forged through there problems to get what they wanted was love and peace with each other and being a dynamic couple.
In the end, this story was an excellent precious Prototype's journey story of Devin and Willow that this author presents so well to the reader.
