"Santa's Boss" by Adriana Kraft was a very good wonderful well written novella that only this author can give its readers. Who would ever think that when Joy Danser who was the assistant mall manager who wanted all of her mall Santa's to have 'real beards' giving the children the sense of belief but she never thought their would be a a fantasy for even for her. We find that Nick Polaris loved to play this part as Santa for the children, however what will happen when he was up for playing Santa in Joy's bed...Was she having a dream or what? When Joy consults the manager of the 'Magical Gypsy shop that was located in the mall will she get the answers that she was seeking after the reading of her palm?
Excerpt:
“You say this phantom came to you while you were having sex with your boyfriend.”
Joy nodded across the tiny round table at Sophia Nardiz. She couldn’t believe she was having this conversation, but how could she expect the woman to help if she didn’t know what had happened? “Yes. He entered me from behind while I had Ted in my mouth.”
“Interesting. And you never said anything to your boyfriend.”
.....
"And this visitor claimed to be Santa Claus.”
“That’s right. I felt his beard and mustache.” Joy shuddered.
“I’m sure you did. You look quite pleased with the memory.”
“I must be crazy,” Joy wailed. “You must think I’m nuts for sure.”
“Don’t say that, girl.” Sophia cradled Joy’s hand and Joy experienced an immediate calm spreading over her body. “What you describe is quite plausible.” Sophia smiled thinly. “You have too many aches—pleasant aches—for this to be something only in your mind. It could be someone with pyschokinesis and telepathic powers. Rare, but not impossible. I have known persons with such powers.”
“You don’t think I’m crazy.”
“Not at all. I believe you must be very special to have received such a gift.”
This is the time I say you must pick up "Santa's Boss" to see what all is in store for Joy. It will be one of those read you will not be able to put down until the end.

So, just what was this gift that caused Evie to be so embarrassed? After receiving the 'gift' we find that Adam will return it and from there...a dinner? What will come from this dinner? When Dylan and Genevieve had met this wasn't a happy meeting... now having to serve some community service at the 'Wounded Warriors' and this is where this story really picks up. Review:
"The Grand Opening" by Ava Miles was a wonderful romantic story of Peggy McBride and Mac (Maverick) Maven. This is the authors third novel in her Dare Valley series. We find that both of these two are new to Dare Valley, Colorado. Peggy was divorced, now a single mother that had moved to Dare to be closer to her brother and family. Peggy loved her job of being a deputy sheriff and it seems like all was going well for her until he meets us with Mac. Why was this? Mac was handsome and rich and had moved into Dare with his sister and nephew to restore 'The Grand Mountain Hotel as a boutique poker' venue and for some reason this deputy sheriff was against any form of gambling. Mac was well know for his 'High Stakes poker games.' What had happen in Peggy's life that caused her to feel so negative about gambling and had set her nerves on edge? However, there still seemed to be some 'tenderness and passion' that went on between these two when they were together but they were definitely on separate sides when it came to Mac's business. It was obvious that there was something that had gone on with Peggy that was holding her back that keeps her from wanting to live life to its fullest.
This was a very moving story where there were many subplots in this novel that was going on...such as: Mac and Peggy comes together in the rescue operation in that involved a pie loving moose, ... with Marc's sister Abbie and his best friend Rhett Butler Blaylock,... a teenager reckless driving and the hotel having a bomb threat during a poker game. You will really have to keep up because this story moves very fast which makes for a good read. To get all the answers to the above you must pick up "The Grand Opening" to see how this author will bring it out the well written story to the reader. Be ready for a good read with a read filled with humor, 'quirky townspeople' and a loving romance that finally comes to light. I love the hero in this story being such a 'fighter, lover and best friend.' The heroine gave me a headache at time with all of her 'love hate relationship with Marc,' however in the end it all ....well pick up the novel to see for yourself!
The characters were all so developed, well rounded and so very colorful only making this read a captivating read that once you started it you will not be able to put it down until the end.
I found "The Grand Opening" was definitely a story of one's family coming first in this well written series by this author that I would definitely recommend as a good read.

"The Sweetest Love" by Nikki Walker was a wonderfully written short story of Winnie and her new love Riccardo Conte. This was the second book coming after 'Loving Gianni.' How this author was able to bring this together these two together was steer magic and just in the right time. The main question is why is Riccardo back from running off so many years ago leaving so many unanswered questions? From the read we find Riccardo is out to rescue his niece which we really is his real daughter Adrianna from the bad bully(Franco Genasi) that is marriage to this child's grandmother(Adelia). However, to do that we must back up somewhat to how this ties Winnie into all of this. Winnie has been hired by Riccardo which she was reluctant to do so but it didn't take long as we see from the read... one and one soon becomes two as we see Winnie and Riccardo falling in love. Will this a good thing? How will Winnie's father take to this situation of Winnie and Riccardo... due to the fact that Riccardo doesn't have a good pass with the way he had left Adriana's mother so many years ago. We will find from the read that when it came time to step in an help his 'real' daughter what will Riccardo do and what part will Winnie play in this? Will Adriana be saved from the 'bully?' Will the big secret be let out of the bag of who the real father of Adriana's is? To get these questions answered and much more you must pick up "The Sweetest Love" to see how this author will bring it all out to the reader. "Jagged Edges" by Doris H. Dancy was truly a wonderful read that I couldn't put
down until the end...only left wanting more. Be ready for some powerful quotes at the beginning of each chapter giving the reader some fruits to ponder from the read. This author did a wonderful job that showed what happens to this particular man Derek Wellington who was betrayed. We find from grade school these two people... Derek and Morgan had been friends and had grown into love or so it was thought to be. However, Derek began to notice some things he did not like about Morgan. She seemed to have not time for Derek ..even after he had come to see her long distance. After Meeting up with his best friend Zack they decide to go on a trip to Atlantic City and on the way back there is a car crash and Derek winds up in a coma...and as he is coming back to life Derek hears 'some news that will change his life.' Now what was that? The novel continues bringing in many twist and turns along this roller coaster ride. This will not be a smooth ride for Derek, Morgan, Arianna, Zack and a few other characters that are all well depicted, believable, colorful and well rounded and most of all well developed ... only making this read truly amazing love story where you will find this story is all involved into lies, love, and pain that will be wound up into a triangle that will be many jagged edges that prove to be 'very deep and profound.' Now Derek is with Arianna will Zack and Morgan make it as a couple? Just who is Morgan in love with beside herself? I liked the way this author let Derek tell his side of this amazing story. You will definitely be kept on the edge of your seat as this author takes you into each characters mind as things may change quickly. Now, with that being said this is the time that I say you must pick up "Jagged Edges" and see for yourself how that author brings this story out to the reader. Be ready for some surprises...especially in the end. This emotional read with have you on a reality journey that will touch your heart and have you guessing right up till the end. this? Was their really something going on between them that neither
could resist that 'ignites a passionate affair?' What would happen with
Carson and her father that finally drove her to really know what she wanted to do with her career? Would Neil finally realize that his 'personal demons'
were too dangerous and if he didn't put a stop to it? ...well this all the above
questions will be answered when you pick up "Recipe for Attraction" to see
how this author brings it all smoothly together with the words 'I Love You.'
The characters are all so well developed and colorful only making this such a good read. I love how this author was able to bring the rest of the cast from the first series into this wonderful well written read. Be ready for 'drama, action and passion.' Wow is all I have left to say!
This was a 'spectacular' novel' and you will find it hard to put down until the very end. "Recipes For Attraction" is the second in the Madewood Brother Series but it reads can stand alone. Would I recommend? YES!

Review:
"Afterwards" by Nia Forrester as a beautifully African American romantic story of Robyn and Chris. This is definitely one of those reads that once you start it will be hard to put down until the very end because this author really brings it out to the reader. I like the way the author draws you into the read. We find these two people who are no way alike...with Robyn being so positive with "no drama, no nonsense, strong, intelligent, pragmatic and just a kindred spirit," however, I would say she wears her heart very close. Robyn is a divorced attorney...living with her mother...uncertain about her career and future until 'their world collide at the wedding of mutual friends.' Chris ends up with a serve migraine and Robyn ends up spending the night helping him work through it. Chris who quite the opposite from Robyn being very hard to read at times. But, by the end of the read I see how and where this author was taking the reader to. Chris is "rich, super successful and has three children by two different women." Now, you know there is some drama there.
I will stop here and just say you must pick up "Afterwards" to see how the beautiful romance will turn out. Some of the characters were well developed, well portrayed, colorful, however some were complexed. There were some secondary characters that help build this story and draw you even more into this wonderful story. Will these two people be able to fall in love?
This author was able to take the reader through Robyn's and Chris's highs and lows...only to give us a story that flow smoothly through this relationship between these two and in the end will well, again I will let you read it for yourself. Well done Ms. Forrester for a beautifully written novel.

Victor & Jada? ....what's Ryder and Donaldo up too?....detectives shot?.... Rain a true solder only doing what was ordered from Wanda...but is a war going to be starting up by making a move on Lloyd Brill? Does Mike Black know of this? Was Wanda doing some strange things unknown to Mike Black?
A Talk with Mike & Bobby... then they talk with Sherman:
Nina in trouble and calls in Rain's help....more shooting....Black calls Rain and wants to meet.... Now at the Cuisine...Wanda receives a DVD From Nado Benitez... oh No!...more shooting....what happens next?
The main characters are simply off the chart ...excellent...well developed and well portrayed along with the secondary characters that build to draw you into the story. Be ready for a excellent urban fiction novel with action, mystery, drama, twist and high range of suspense.
Now, I will stop HERE and only say this is one that you will have to read for yourself to get the full understanding of how this author has laid it out to the readers because there is even more to this read. We who love Mike Black's series will see how this author has truly written a script that once you start reading, it will be hard to put down until the end... or is it the end? Now, what does Jada think she has up her sleeve? Did she forget Shy's warning? Oh well, Mr. Glenn will have us truly waiting for more!! Like I said earlier there is so much in the read....leaving me only to say wow what a captivating read! There will be more to this read and in the end will Mike Black be able to run a 'legitimate business' or will be pulled back in to handle his business? Thanks to the author for letting me read "Treat Me Nice." Would I recommend? YES!

I can see this would be of benefit for many families to start this treasure of keeping a 'Christmas Tin.' Wow is all I have to say. This was such a incredible story of a father telling his daughter of his traditional Christmas and how he got this wonderful gift of the tin. The characters that were presented in the novel were simply wonderful...especially Ardella's wonderful stories...of the doves, ornament and the letter...all bond up in her life. In this tin were 'souvenirs and memories' of Ardella's past with each one representing a story of 'love, hardships, miracles and faith.' This is a short read but such a powerful one that you will not forget. Even though this read can be read anytime I would still recommend it during the Christmas holidays.

"Understanding God's Word - Walk In The Truth by Zhang Yun was truly a inspirational book of understanding God's Word. It gives one instructions and warnings by God to all of his people for 'judgment day'...therefore are we really following God's path? How is this done? Pick up you Bible and read it. God speaks to us through the 'Holy Bible' giving us all the instructions we need to 'walk in truth...repent of our sins and those who will enter the kingdom of heaven. I really liked the way this author put it all down for the reader. It's all there in black and white.
Next, Ms. Yun organized forty different chapters that are divided into two parts...one...where we get God's 'instructions and warnings' and the second part will 'summarizes key passages of the Bible that helps us to better understand it.' This author goes on to explain 'God's announcement.' This is very beautifully described was you will see how well written this novel is.
You will come out of the read with a better understanding of 'God's word and even more important learn how to follow the path of truth and righteousness.'
After reading Understanding God's Word - Walk in the Truth you will feel that help that we as Christians need so very much in our daily life. This is something definitely to really make you think am I doing all I need 'to do to enter the kingdom of heaven?' I would like to think this author for such an important read that is needed in this world we live in today.

"Duty" by Rachel Rossano was a very good romantic story that was so enjoyable that is a historical, but not real time or place. You will find the characters are likable, well developed, captivating and so very believable giving the reader awesome read that you will find hard to put down until the end. This was rather a fast paced read where you will connect quickly with Brielle and Tomas. I liked this medieval fantasy world of Lady Brielle Solarius who is sold into a arranged marriage to Lord Tomas by her weird and evil cousin Lord Orwin Westin. At this time many widows were forced into marriages to strangers so because Brielle village will starve with Tomas help...so it was a done deal...however even with the marriage and all her village will be attacked. Will she be able to get some help? This novel really moves because there is something that is happening all the time...battles, sieges, conspiracies and even romance. Be ready as you will see from the read that this author brings in 'new words...'Kurios.' Now I will let you look that one up! I also liked how this author brought Brielle and Tomas together because it wasn't love at first site but in the end it was a sweet romance .....and this is where I say you must pick up "Duty" to see how this author will bring it all to the reader.
"Duty" is well written and so full of twist and turns that you will have to keep up or you can get somewhat confused due to the fact that this novel moves fast.
Please know that this isn't a violence free script...for they will be much violence in and around this story and so be ready to see where their is a lots of unfairness and wrongness going on. With all of that being said..."Duty" is a interesting adventure with all the swords, battles, romance, very clean and well written novel by this self published author that I would I recommend as a good read.

"Christmas at Valley Rise" by Karen Welch was a wonderful Christmas story for the Moss family. This author has continued this novel with her series: Miracle at Valley Rise which are all so well written. I really love this read of the families are coming together at the farm house at Valley rise to celebrate Christmas where you will find all ages of people. This is a holiday read of hope, healing and a couple that will find a happy ending.
Along with the Moss family and many others... we will find problems such as:
"there is the new wife of a widowed father who is not accepted by his grown-up son; a young woman who always had her future neatly mapped out in front of her suddenly begins to think there might be something else waiting for her; a single mother finds her job both challenging and rewarding at the same time, and is too proud to accept any one's help; and there is a romance between one of the Moss boys with the girl living at the caretaker's cottage."
Now when this all comes out how will this author bring it all out the readers? My favorite part was how this author was able to show how the two young lovers were able to put it all on the computer through (emails) showing each ones feeling of how they felt toward each other. I will not say anymore...just pick up "Christmas at Valley Rise" to see for yourself how well written this novel is. This was so beautifully done! The characters were so unique being well developed and indeed colorful only helping to bring us a amazing good read. This will definitely be one of those novel that will be hard to put down until the very end.

Rose's mother and her friends wanted their daughters(Rose's friends) to find the right men so they went after a plot to make that happen forming 'The Poker Posse.' Now what did that mean....would you believe they started looking at the 'Omen, the local BDSM club that just happened to be the establishment next for to her daughters 'sweet shop.' Would you believe that at this same time the these daughters (Rose and her friends) were at the club where Rose's mother show up and this turned out funny indeed! This novel has a great plot...to tell would ruin the story of it all so.....
all I will say is that you must pick up "Seductive Secrecy" after reading Seductive Shadows and you will see what I mean. However, I will say its a unforgettable story about 'love in light and in darkness.'
For Charlie and Cameron will there be a 'happily ever after?" Will things ever settle down before we see visitors entering the picture that could cause much trouble. This novel offers a lots of emotions that are very complexed. You will find that the characters are somewhat flawed and very insecure. Yes, it is a romantic novel but so much angst in the middle of it all. All in all I thought this novel was written very well once you got into it you will be able to see how it will suck you into all of the 'emotional vortex' of it all. Once Charlie and Cameron are living together there will be obstacles that will lead to jealousy. Why is this? What happens when Cameron's brother Ryder comes into the picture? What secrets does Ryder have that will be brought out into the open? How will these secrets have any bearing of Charlie's and Cameron's relationship? Then the story continues with Charlie's now reconnecting with her father. What will come of that? I don't want to say to much more not wanting to ruin it for the reader...so I will say you must pick up the amazing read to see for yourself. Be ready for a 'emotional wreck' at the end but still it's a wonderful brilliant read. "Seductive Secrecy" is for anyone who likes dark romances and that being said ... pick up this novel... "Cassie's Hope" by Adriana Kraft was a very charming story of how Cassidy O'Hanlon and Clint Travers come together. Review:
"Something About You" by Lelaina Landis was a very interesting long contemporary romance of two complete opposite people. I liked how this author was able to bring these two people (Sabrina and Gage) together showing the reader how anything can happen if there is a chance of it happening. For Sabrina who was a protagonist thought she had her life all figured out.. now newly divorced, working a high profile job for a renowned legislator and she thought she did not need any more romances to unsettle her way of thinking...including having no children. Why was this? Well, maybe that would have been so if Gage Fitzgerald had not come into this picture. Why was this? Due to her best friends' wedding...Sabrina meets Gage and did the sparks start to fly! We find from the read that Gage was single, sexy and needed a place to stay. Since Sabrina had the room and needed the money...would this work out for them? However, Gage found that Sabrina was "a Type-A career woman who's not his type at all - that makes him consider settling down, and the hot-and-cold signals she's sending him are only confusing the matter." Now what was with all of this? Will we find Sabrina interested in Gage? Was Gage interested in Sabrina where he could find "love, marriage...a traditional family life?" What was the big secret that Gage kept to himself and wouldn't share with Sabrina? To find out the answer to these questions to such a detailed read, you will have to pick up "Something About You" to find out how this author will bring it all out to the readers. This was one well written novel that once you get into the read you will not want to put it down until you are finished. I found all of the characters so well developed, detailed and so captivating only to making this a smooth well written read. I found myself laughing at so many of the goings on! Would I recommend "Something About You?" YES!
