My Thoughts....
Great collection of not only dumplings but you will find other recipes like desserts, drinks, noddles,
soups and even some full menus can be found in this marvelous book. You will find this collection of recipes will have great photos with a commentary with descriptions, instructions, techniques and facts that goes with the recipes. The reader will find these recipes to be very friendly to use making you want to try something new especially the 'trouble-shooting help.' If you are looking for some awesome recipes ['dumplings, noodles, steamed buns, snacks, drinks and desserts'] this would definitely be the cook book for you to try.
