Review:

"A Voice in the Wind" by Francine Rivers was a mighty good read.  I found it was historical, inspirational, romantic as well as christian fiction read.  It seemed a little slow in the beginning but as I read on I found this to be a very compelling and dramatic novel.  This author really knows who to keep our attention with all of the descriptions of what was going on at that particular time.  The characters were simply off the chart...well developed, portrayed, colorful and very believable making this a excellent read.  This author really did a wonderful job with the research that was put into the historical period of time giving the reader a good intriguing read.

If you are looking for a book with a powerful story line and characters with depth, you have come to the right place for "A Voice in the Wind" would be for you and Yes, I would recommend this novel.
