BOOKS... I love reading and have read a lot of GENRES in my lifetime. Being a book reviewer for Net Gallery and many various authors, I have contributed many reviews to Goodreads, Amazon, LibraryThing, and my blog page here. I get to read all the books I love and then share by reviewing the read. These are my true feeling of what I feel of each novel I read. Review:
"Catholic Guilt and The Joy of Hating Men" by Regan Wolfrom was a read of
nine short stories of different women with a 'wide range of emotions: from joy, laughter, terror, chills down my spine, wanting to give some characters high-fives, and then wanting to smack one of these characters over the head.' I think that says it all. Most all of these stories feature some kind of paranormal, fantasy and supernatural world presence with a mix of humor. This is a collection of different situations that they have faced and how thy totally dealt with it in their own way. For the most part the stores were engaging especially if you are a horror fan. I will say this book isn't for everyone especially if you are easily offended or don't appreciate a darker humor and themes...this book would not be for you. Now, if you are into dark humor and funny dark themes then this read would be for you.
