My Thoughts....
What a read with such a surprise tragic ending to 'Daisy Jones!' This was definitely one of those stories that will keep your attention turning the pages to see what is coming next for Daisy. I am not sure just who I felt more sorrier for ...Daisy or her mother that taught her to be such a "gold digger who used men for material possessions and wealth." It is so hard to think that a mother would train her daughter to 'suppress her emotions and rely on calculation and trickery...that in the end which ultimately destroyed Daisy. The story is very on point to what has happened to many young ladies today who have been caught up in the 'fantasy of the glamorous hustling life style' that will have you believe all kinds of stuff that in the end well the only thing that is left is down fall as it was for Daisy...drugs. All that is left to say is poor Daisy who was only sixteen was young, very naive and was lead to feel like her assets of what she had going on in order to succeed was the only way however in the end it got her caught up in a mess where there was no way back. All of this only proves is that this is what can happen when there is no proper guidance as it was for Daisy.
Now, for the rest of these characters in the read I will say they were for the most part well developed, portrayed and believable giving the story quite a captivating read. I will also say that a lots of the secondary characters did get their karma in one way or another by the end of the read. 'Daisy Jones' was a excellent read that I will say will teach one a lesson only if you are willing to accept it. Would I recommend this novel? YES!
