My Rationalization:

Even though I read the first read 'An Alpha's Desire' by this author I still enjoy this second re-read about Daniel and Desire.  I will say this second read will add more to this story that will keep you turning the pages to see what's next.  I loved the 'banter along with the smoking hot sex.'  Now I will say if you are not a fan of BDSM this read may not be for you!  If you are..  sit back and enjoy the read!

Be ready for a strong alpha male with also a strong alpha female that will give the reader a delightful read of how much this hero will do in order to spend his life with this heroine.  Let's not forget the secondary characters that will definitely add to the story that help give the reader understand a little more to what is going on in the story.

"Lady Guardians:  The Wrong Side of Right" by L. Loren

My Rationalization:

This was another good read of "Lady Guardians: The Wrong Side of Right' that featured Lark [Lil Mama] and Fenton.  It was a beautiful read of what can happen when one stands up for what they believe and it was definite that Lark believed in Fenton.  The storyline was quite something as we see how the Lady Guardians work and sometimes they can be wrong as they were in this situation. I loved how the National president of the Lady Guardians Lady Justice did apologize for what had gone on toward Lark [Lil Mama] and Fenton. I will say I still didn't care much for Lotus, and Larks' dad but I did love Lark's best friend, Big Sexy.  All in all the story turns out to be a good read.  It was good seeing how one will stand up for what they believe and stick to there guns no matter what!

This BWWM novel is raw, yet sexy and ends on a HEA.

My Rationalization:  

I enjoyed the story of 'Rhapsody' as the reader will be drawn into an interesting story as one will see the 'transformation and maturation' that happens for the heroine. With the help of Lady Guardians and Chris, you will see how Rhapsody/Kesha makes changes that will make a difference in her life. It was good seeing the Rhapsody finding out that there was more to her life than dancing. I realize that maybe Kesha mom thought that the way she had raised her was good but I wasn't able to connect with her, however, one could definitely see that she was loved by her daughter.  At least Kesha mom did advise her to tell Chris about her past.  As the reader read through this story we find that Rhapsody wasn't the only one that kept secrets.  It was good to see after everything came for Kesha and Chris they will finally get to a HEA.

My Rationalization:

What a good read I found that 'Wyked' was featuring 'Wyked [ Bristol] and Rogue [Emerson].'  We find that these two people had some secrets that had to be worked out. before they could get to the HEA point.  I found this a very interesting read that could be related to one's everyday life.

My Rationalization:

I enjoyed this story of Tangie and Bear's story.  I liked how this series gave the reader quite an ending to all the mystery that had come forth in the first two series.  And in the end, Luther finally gets his just reward, along with happy endings and closure for not only Tangie and Baron but Starla &  Elias and Kyanne & Zach.

My Rationalization:

This was another one of the Lady Guardians MC series 'Persuade Me' that was about Ebony and Cole's story.
We find that these two were neighbors and when Ebony who was a cop was shot right in front of her home Cole a military man was there to help.  It was interesting when they finally started working together to find out who had done this to Ebony and why.  It was interesting in how they had been seeing each other for over a year[ living across the street from one another] but nothing came of it until this incident with Ebony getting shot.  I enjoyed seeing how Cole protected Ebony, liked her mom and her Lady Guardians friends.  All in all, this turned out to be a sweet romantic read with some complex characters along with how the story dealt with a story that dealt with human trafficking.

My Rationalization:

We find that Church and Goldie had no time for games, therefore, they went after what they wanted with Church being so bossy and Goldie was definitely a 'hot ride.'   However, Church may have had some quirks about him but Goldie was definitely the one to let him know how she felt when he talked to her like he did.  Therefore, he was left standing there looking quite stupid and what was great about the read was that Church was able to right a wrong and apologize.  Now, to get the whole story you will have to pick up 'Lady Guardians: Goldie: Nationals.' It will be hot and steamy read!

"Ebony:  Tales of a Blackened Soul" by Deidra D. S. Green

My Rationalization:

We are presented with another 'Tales of a Blackened Soul' which featured Ebony [healer] and her mom Anaica along with other characters such as Mama Bah [priestess], London [vision], and Sable [moving things]  to name a few. The thing about London, Sable and Ebony were that they all had special gifts. It was quite interesting when they were able to work together as it was for London and Sable to achieve a certain goal.

 You will be given a lot of information about Ebony with her mom Anaica.  The story will take on several themes that will be covered from those horrible Tunstall's who was into sex trafficking, to police brutality, This is where we find Lance [former cop] who now worked for the Reynolds Private Investigations was taking on a case that had been turned over to him by his employer that involved two black boys Shemar and Jeremiah who had been beaten badly by some crooked cops.  What will Lance have to do to help these boys?  By the end of the story, we
Mama Bah doing her thing at bringing people together we will also be given another character of interest Damian Fitzpatrick.  So, I see we will have to pick up the last series to get the rest of these stories to see how this author brings it all out to the reader.  

I will say there will be lots going on in this story from good to evil so you will just have to keep up and I would definitely suggest if you haven't read the rest of this authors series of 'Tales of a Blackened Soul' please do.  It will make it a lot easier to understand what has gone on before and how all of these characters connect so very well to each other.

My  Rationalization:

What a read as this author takes the reader on quite a trip with these two couples: Kim and Marcus and Derrick and Monica.  If you are looking for a story with twists and turns you have come to the right place for "A Fool For You: What Else I Need' will give it all to you [from the drama to erotica] and still have you wanting to know what else will come of these four people?  Yes, it has a cliffhanger ending so the reader will have to get the next part to get the remainder of the story and it seems like it will be some ending for these two couples.

"Identical Sins 2" by Tatum James

My Rationalization:  

I found 'Identical Sins 2' a rather sad read and if you have read part 1 of this story you knew something was definitely coming for Ms. Nina.   Only if Nina would have used some good sense maybe this wouldn't have happened to her.  If she had a love for her sister Lola all I can say is that she Nina had a weird way of showing it and when she did why did it seem off?  

 Oh well, at least Malcolm was there for Lola proving that there was definitely something going on between the two as he was so protective of her.  This is one story or two that you will just have to pick up the novel to truly understand these identical twins thoughts. One twin was good while the other one wasn't. At least the good one had someone that did love her and even the children.

"Identical Sins" by Tatum James

My Rationalization:

Wow, how could a twin treat her sister like this?  Well, it seems that Nina love for her sister Lola really proved just how she really felt about her when the scheme didn't work out as was planned.  I guess what the one sister didn't realize just how much Luckie[Malcolm] really knew about the other sister.  Even though there were many twists and turns the reader will get quite a fast read that will keep your interest in turning the pages to see what was coming next.  I loved how an 'unlikely love developed from some crazy circumstances.'
