Series: Three Rivers #1
Rating: 5
Review:
"Private Sins" by Brenda Barrett was indeed a wonderful read. This was my first read by this author and I was very impressed with its realistic storyline that deals with 'betrayal, adultery, love and forgiveness.' The characters were all very well developed and well portrayed, colorful and believable. In the end you are only left wanting the entire series: 'Three Rivers.'
Book Descriptions:
"Kelly was in deep trouble; her husband was a pastor and she his loyal first lady. Well she was…until she had an affair with Chris; the first elder of their church. And now she was pregnant with his child. Could she keep the secret from her husband and pretend that all was well? Or should she confess her private sin and let the chips fall where they may?"
"Private Sins" was definitely a novel that was hard to put down and will leave you with only a good moral thoughts behind this awesome story that I would recommend as a excellent read.
